this was distilled on the 26th November 2001 and aged in a single sherry butt (number 1015) before bottling after 10 years on the 24th January 2012

This outstanding example of a premium rum was aged for 2 years in Guyana and for 16 years in ex-bourbon casks the UK before being bottled at barrel proof of 102 proof in New York State in 2021

still particularly alive in the Villé region of Alsace
